Have arrived home late this afternoon after a wonderful trip - 11 flights, two typhoons, 2 000 photos, a melted credit card and one arm longer than the other (heavy bags) to show for it!!! We had a wonderful time together and are all feeling sad after our goodbyes this morning!!!
Once we sort through all the photos I will put them on a separate blog, but here is one taken in Hoi, the ancient capital of Vietnam.
Hope to start visiting you all again this week once I get the bags unpacked and sort out work commitments.
A beautiful composition! Love the way the path directs and focuses our sight. Really lovely!
ReplyDeleteJiggety-jig's probably an understatement !!
ReplyDeleteWelcome back to the back yard, Jules.
I hope the parking meter's full of 5c coins
Neat photograph. Glad you are back.
ReplyDeleteLovely photo - quite ethereal. Good luck with all the bag-unpacking and hope your longer arm shrinks back to its original length soon!
ReplyDeleteWonderful photo. Has a mysterious air to it.

ReplyDeleteGlad you are back and I look forward to your posts, happyness and sadness sometimes have to share the same stage I was once told.
Hi there Jules... glad you're back. Waiting to see those photos from Vietnam.
ReplyDeleteI was surprised to see an oriental looking photo for Rabaul on the Citydailyphoto main page. I look forward to viewing your other pics from Vietnam. Your other pics are also nice and your descriptions/comments quite witty. Thanks.
