Wounded in action - hope it isn't fatal!!!!

Am unable to blog at the moment because of problems here with phone lines. My so called "broadband" connection is such in name only!!!!

I've been told it's because it is cloudy......hmmmmm, so I guess until it gets sunny I'll be out of action.

Have a great Christmas and see you when the weather breaks!!!!
Jules

  7. Sorry to hear about your internet problems. I agree with Elaine - don't go throwing yourself into a volcano because someone says it will bring back your connection! Enjoy a peaceful and calm Christmas and I hope you're back in action soon. I need photos of warm places!

  17. Apologies for a cut and paste, but there was no way on Earth I would be able to make it around the whole globe to wish everybody a Merry Christmas otherwise. I’m not Santa, you know!

Anyway, from myself, Henry and Ezra, have a Merry Christmas/Winter Solstice/Hanukkah/Festivus and a happy New Year!

I hope that all of your holiday photos turn out to be triumphs and all your soufflés rise accordingly.

  28. Apologies for the belated Christmas wishes. A family emergency (which thankfully proved to be non serious) put paid to most of the things I intended to do over the past few days. Hope you had a wonderful day.

  34. I don't have a lot to say about last year or this new year. Some thoughts...

I hope 2009 will be better than 2008, 2007, and 2006. I do think our government will be inspired by our new President Obama -- at least I hope so.

I would like to see the War in Irag end and I would like to see the killing stop everywhere.

It is my hope that Japan will stop slaughtering whales and raping virgin forests.

And I hope the people will lose their clubs and no longer club baby seals to death.

What a world we have and live in. 2009 could be so much better than it will be.
