On-top-of-the-world??
Unlike my daughters and friends who did a Rocky impersonation down at the volcano, I do not feel on-top-of-the-world yet, but am vertical again!!!

I think I'd better go and get Benson off the bed - he'll have bed sores if he's not careful!!!!

Lets hope by the next time you post you have the energy the girls are showing on this picture.. another one that makes me smile and wish for my youth back... or just a bit of that get up and go I had back then.. It's now got up and gone.. ha!.. To be honest I seem to be O.K. myself at the moment.. I'm hoping the changes in my meds, and the weather are doing the trick.

Hi All - am on the mend finally but had a reaction to the drugs which knocked the socks off me - feeling better every day.

Jilly - I didn't ask them they just ran - yes ran (how exhausting are teenagers) - and did the pose themselves and i grabbed the camera!!!!
Tom - I agree - they would have to drag me up there by one leg!!!!
