"I was simply restless, quite likely because of a dissatisfaction with the recent trajectory of my life, and if there is a better, more compelling reason for dropping everything and moving to the end of the world, I don't know what is."
--J. Maarten Troost, The Sex Lives of Cannibals (2004)

and what a beautiful view it is.
I'm missing it, too!
Next time you go swanning off to the big city, can I house-sit for you?
I would miss a view like that too.
It is really hard to imagine that a view like this one could ever be spoiled by pollution. But even there I am sure the air up in those clouds are burdened with the stuff of pollution from somewhere else in the world. They are so nice and so white. It is a beautiful photograph and one that brings to mind the beginning of time itself and I wonder if those first people looked at the clouds, like we do, and imagined they were beautiful?
p2f1 = my going green slogan. Means: Pee twice and flush once to save half of the water otherwise flushed away.
A view like that would always be missed... but I'm sure you have many more from your area just as good.
WOW! Love this!
